Distinction

Heterosexual

While they may sound and look the same. Heterosexual means you only like the opposite gender/sex. Whilst Heteroflexible means you are open to relationships of the same sex or other genders/sex but exclusively are attractive to mainly the opposite gender/sex.[4][5]

Bisexual

Bisexual means you like two or more genders while Heteroflexible pertains to mainly liking the opposite gender and having some attraction to the same gender or other genders along the way hence the name Hetero-flexible.[6]

Omnisexual

Omnisexual means you acknowledge the genders and you have a preference for them. However, Omnisexual might like some genders while Heteroflexible focuses on mainly liking the opposite gender and being open to liking other genders than just the opposite or a certain type of gender like Omnisexuals.[7]

Panseuxal

Pansexual and Heteroflexible have similar characteristics. Yet, Heteroflexible means you are mainly and more exclusively attracted to the opposite gender, while Pansexual means you like anyone REGARDLESS of the sex/gender.[8][9]
