Making my own user page, hello all! My name is DragonMarquise I also go by just Wren! I am an Adult, and I identify as nonbinary and gay (or agender ace lesbian more specifically).

I have made a Carrd to help introduce people to gender related terms (including pronouns, titles, and gender-neutral name suggestions). If you have any suggestions for improving that Carrd, feel free to let me know!

I'll put here my own personal to-do lists of articles I'd like to try helping with for this wiki. Some of these include links to the Nonbinary Wiki, this is mainly to check the sources/citations of those articles for any articles here, not for using those wiki articles as direct citations. Also to serve as a starting point on ideas of what to include.

To-Do List for New Articles:

• Agender Spectrum (LGBTA Wiki article, also discussion here to try and find further sources; Nonbinary Wiki has an article on gender spectrums in general, but apparently nothing on the agender spectrum specifically...)
• Salmacian (Wordpress article with a ton of usable sources, salmacian resources, Salmacian.org page and FAQ created by salmacians to info others about their identity), perhaps with a subsection briefly mentioning angential (definition, another definition/flag post, AVEN thread discussing this term). They're both related to people who want a certain set of genitals (mixed for salmacians and none for angenital). Need to run this by the admins first before starting a sandbox!
  • Could also just add both salmacian and angenital to the transition page instead. The actual terms could be a side note (angenital may not have enough proper sources to do so, but at the least I have this one and this one), but the main focus would be on describing/listing nonbinary transition surgery options. (Vice article talking about nonbinary surgeries, included both salmacian options as well as gender nullification (i.e. angenital), plastic surgery website discussion gender nullification, page discussing nonbinary surgery, nonbinary gender affirming surgery, Hanna Gender Center, Oregon Health & Science University page that mentions nullification surgeries)
• The Mattachine Society; Saw it mentioned quite a few times while researching the Daughters of Bilitis and Radical Faeries pages. In particular with the latter, both the Mattachine Society and Radical Faeries have the same founder! (Wikipedia page to use for some sources to start with, also this page for their historic building in New York City)
• Akihiro Miwa, a suggestion for a new icon/notable person page (see here for sources to use to get the article started)
• Possibly George Takei as well? If no one else gets around to creating his article by the time I do.
• Create Omnigender article, also check my books in case they might have more examples/citations. One, two, three, four. Note that the mygender page (the fourth one) also lists celebrities that identify as omnigender! Look for sources and add them as Public Figures to the page.

  • Also have to make sure to update the affix article with use of Omni- for gender (as well as Pan- for gender, since it's not already there), and update pangender article accordingly .
• Possible sources for an ex-trans/detransitioning article? Need to research this more since it's a very sensitive topic, so I need to make absolutely sure I'm using accurate and truthful sources (source one, source two, source three/archive). Could also work as an addition to the transgender article as well.
• Try to make articles for some of the topics listed in the Wanted Pages category if progress on any of the other topics here get stalled.

To-Do List for Areas of Improvement:

• Add alloace and aroallo to the Split Attraction Model article. Put them under a new Community section maybe? Or just make specific subsections for them under the existing Examples section. Include citation from the Ace and Aro Journeys book for the definition and alternative/equivalent terms. Also use citations for their respective flags: alloace flag, aroallo flag.

• Sources on transition and suicidal stats, could also be added to the Transgender page (list of sources/archive)
• Source that may be useful for the intersex or gender articles (source/archive)
• Keep an eye on the wiki's Maintenance category and Unsourced Information category for anything that might need to be fixed
• Note to self, check on the Imagebox Template page for reference on the different options for the Licensing part of that template (PD = public domain, fairuse = Fair Use, etc)

Current set of sandboxed articles, all works in progress. Any help in gathering sources and fixing up the writing on these is greatly appreciated.

Probably just make a blog post:

• Fictiosexual/fictosexual; Unfortunately it was decided that since this is a microlabel, and one that doesn't focus on attraction to actual people, the guidelines for this wiki don't really allow it to be included as a standalone article, or even a subsection of the ace spectrum article. As such, I've decided to just use the sources I found to at least make an informal blog post about it.
  • Sources to use: (Dictionary.com definition/archive, New York Post article on definition/archive, Another New York Post article on fictosexual man marrying a hologram/archive, Come (Out) As You Are article on fictosexuality being part of the ace spectrum/archive, National Library of Medicine article on fictosexuality/fictoromanticism/archive, Pride-Flags on DeviantArt post of the main fictosexual flag/archive, Asexuality.org topic on autochorissexuality a.k.a fictosexuality/archive, Another Asexuality.org topic on fictosexuality/fictoromanticism/archive, New York Times article/archive, Asexuals.net guide on the ace spectrum, with fictosexual included under the umbrella/archive) Sixth source, the one from DeviantArt, is for the most common flag design associated with this label.
  • Important note, the book "Amazing Ace, Awesome Aro" by Victoria Barron also includes fictiosexual/fictioromantic! The book "Ace and Aro Journeys" also includes it, but under the prefix aego-/autochoris-. Need to use both og these as sources as well.
  • At this rate I should probably also find at least a handful of sources that directly state that fictio-/ficto- and aego-/autochoris- are synonyms, or at least considered similar enough to be used as synonyms.
• Perhaps I could make informal blog posts for other identities in a similar vein as fictosexual? As in, they don't fit on this wiki due to being microlabels or otherwise don't fit with the wiki guidelines, but still have enough non-social media and non-wiki sources to fill out a blog post.
